Finding a therapist is like finding a friend, not just anyone will do. For that reason, we offer a free introductory session where we discuss what you would like out of the time we spend together. This will give you the opportunity to see if we are a good fit for you. We could arrange to meet virtually or over the phone. Let us know your preference.

With online therapy/ telehealth therapy, you can access your therapy sessions in the convenience and comfort of your home or in your car. Both the therapist and the client are expected to be in a private location where the conversation will not be overheard.

Our in-person service is new to Harnessing Change. Appointments would be in our office located within FlowSpa on 866 Chemong Rd, Peterborough, ON K9H 5Z8. Depending on a client's situation, we will continue to offer meetings outside of the office. Local meetings would need to meet the privacy and safety requirements of both the client and the therapist.
